Lots of wooden pallets and plastic pallets are used in super-markets and ports at present. However, in recent years EPS pallets are well received by the market due to the characters of light weight\high gravity\water-proof and easy-recycling. It exists many different sizes according to various of loading capacity. EPS pallets consist of two parts, which is EPS foam inside while thermoplastic outside like PVC or PS of 0.5-0.8mm.

Manufacturing process: Produce EPS core pallet at first by eps shape molding machine and eps pallet mould (this pallet can also be used directly for single-shot), then adopt vacuum suction molding machine. Firstly, heat the plastic films to 220 degrees to soften it, and then push the EPS pallet to the hot films by cylinder, then suck the air out of the EPS and films, the films and foam will thus be sticky together tightly.
